Reporting Section

A dedicated whistleblower mailbox and hotline are available for both internal and external use. If you discover any clear violations of Taigu Optoelectronics' integrity and ethical standards, please report them through the hotline or mailbox below. Each whistleblower case is handled by a designated unit, and in addition to case management and tracking, it is conducted according to the principles and procedures of case investigation. When reporting, please provide your name, contact information, and a detailed description of the report and specific evidence available for investigation, including relevant details such as the person, event, time, place, and object. During the investigation, your identity and the information you provide will be kept strictly confidential, and all relevant information will be stored in a protected folder accessible only to the investigation team. The investigation process and results of whistleblower cases, regardless of their severity, will be regularly reported to the Chairman and independent directors. Records of acceptance, investigation processes, and investigation results are all stored electronically and will be retained for at least five years. Furthermore, all forms of retaliation against whistleblowers are prohibited. Additionally, please note that you will be held legally responsible if you provide false information or make false accusations.
